[Virtual Conference] Plant Genomics and Gene Editing Congress: Asia

[Virtual Conference] Plant Genomics and Gene Editing Congress: Asia

EXPLORING NGS, OMIC TECHNOLOGIES, BIOINFORMATICS, PHENOTYPING, & MICROBIOME STUDIES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF PLANT RESEARCH

活動介紹

This year the Plant Genomics and Gene Editing Congress: Asia (co-located with the Microbiome for Agriculture Congress Asia)is being held virtually. The platform we have chosen is designed to facilitate collaboration between the multiple stakeholders who attend this meeting. This will enable you to seamlessly network with key opinion leaders, investigators & researchers as you explore the latest developments in the field of plant genomics, gene editing and agricultural microbiome.

In an effort to keep up with the accelerated human population growth, severe climate change and depleting food source, scientists and researchers are continuously revolutionising the field of plant genomics and gene editing. Technological advancements have substantially improved scientists’ ability to analyse and understand plant genome bringing about the generation of highly improved crops and plants while simultaneously addressing the challenges of global food security. Advancements such as CRISPR, TALENs and ‘Omics allow plant research to be done in half the time and with optimal results. Recently, artificial intelligence and machine learning has also paved its way into the world of plant science allowing for better analysis and prediction of plant genomic properties.

Now that quality of crop germplasm is slowly replacing productivity rate as the most valuable property of crop production, these revolutionary technologies are paving the way to meet the goals of food and crop development.

Register today and get access to over 50 presentations across the 2 co-located events.
