Science on Tap 活動主要是為了打破一般展覽活動的既定形式，將產品搬到酒吧、咖啡廳、餐廳等非正式展覽地方展出。與其他展覽不同之處在於此活動可以隨興地享受美食及飲品，也可以輕鬆地與其他參與者隨意交談。

透過Science on Tap活動，參與者不僅能夠對莎多利斯的產品組合有更深入的了解，還能夠與莎多利斯的專家們面對面交流，討論出使用方面的解決方案和對策。同時，參與者之間也有機會建立聯繫，與其他參與者進行交流和討論，促進產業之間的互動和合作。
