Prix Galien Award, Nobel of Biopharmaceuticals Unveils Top Medical Products, from CAR-T to COVID-19 Vaccine.

The UK held the Prix Galien Award ceremony a few days ago, which is known as the highest honor in the pharmaceutical industry. This award is not only a benchmark in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, but also known as the Nobel Prize in biopharmaceutical research. The Galien Award ceremony in the US will be held on October 26th this year.
 
Since the creation of the Prix Galien Award in France in 1970, the Galien Foundation has been established in 14 countries and regions worldwide, including Africa.Each year, the Prix Galien Award recognizes outstanding therapies, including Novartis' Kymriah, the first CAR-T cell therapy approved globally, Pfizer/BioNTech's COVID-19 vaccine - Comirnaty, and Alcon's AcrySof IQ PanOptix, a soft artificial intraocular lens for presbyopia correction. These are all the most innovative medical products globally.
