Company Introduction

The company develops, manufactures, and commercializes multiplex diagnostic testing products. Applied BioCode, Inc. has combined "digital barcodes" with immunochemistry and molecular probes to create a new, bio-inspired Barcoded Magnetic Beads (BMB) technology. The microscale BMB, with a diameter of human hair, is tagged with immunochemistry or molecular probes, allowing the digital barcode to be easily scanned and accurately identified for a very high number (4,096 barcodes) of biological targets with no ambiguity.

MDx3000 High Throughput Automated MDx System
  The 1 stop MDx system for running all Applied BioCode’s proprietary barcoded assays, with < 10 min hands-on time, can report 188 patient samples in 8 hour shift. 
 
Gastrointestinal Pathogen Panel (GPP) 510(k) cleared
  Syndromic panel that provides molecular test results for 17 most common GI viruses, bacteria and parasites that cause infectious diarrhea. The Applied BioCode® GPP is run in a low cost, high throughput 96 well microplate format.
 
Respiratory Pathogen Panel (RPP) 510(k) cleared
  Syndromic panel that provides molecular test results for 20 most common viruses and bacteria that cause flu symptoms.  The Applied BioCode® RPP is run in a low cost, high throughput 96 well microplate format.
 
SARS-Cov-2 Assay Kit (US EUA)
  Provides sensitive and reliable results detecting the two major viral genes to the SARS-CoV-2 virus (N1, N2) that are recommended by the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
 
SARS-Cov-2 Pooling Method (US EUA)
  Provides sensitive and reliable results detecting the two major viral genes to the SARS-CoV-2 virus (N1, N2) that are recommended by the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC), in pooling 5 samples format.
 
Cov-2 Flu Plus Assay
  Provides molecular test results that differentiate Covid-19 and common Flu pathogens. The 6-in-1 panel is first of its kind to include SARS-Cov-2, Flu A (H1/H1 pdm/H3) subtypes, Flu B, and RSV tests.

Multiplex Fungal Panel (ASR)
  Provides molecular test results for 20 mold and yeast pathogens that could cause pneumonia, meningitis, and blood stream infection.  A much quicker turn around and more complementary alternative compared to currently available diagnostic options.
