National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University College of Biomedical Science and Engineering has teamed up with Johns Hopkins University to launch the first-ever Aging, Hearing, and Public Health Fellowship Program! Over three days, global experts shared cutting-edge research on the link between hearing loss and dementia in older adults, alongside groundbreaking advancements in OTC (over-the-counter) hearing aids.
 
This collaborative effort brought together international scholars, clinical physicians, and industry leaders to discuss the impact of hearing loss on public health and explore the future of hearing care solutions. Experts from Resound Biotech, Pegatron, and Realtek Semiconductor showcased Taiwan’s innovation in hearing aid development, demonstrating the nation’s potential to lead the global hearing care market.
