Conduct quality analysis, efficacy testing, and process optimization of DNA, RNA, and protein drugs to support drug discovery and development. 3. Develop and execute experimental plans and prepare detailed reports on test results. 4. Manage contracts and oversee outsourced research and production companies. 5. Collect, organize, and report on scientific literature and industry information to support research efforts. 6. Assist with laboratory operations and perform other assigned duties as required to support research and development activities. |
1. Preparation, writing, and submission of clinical trial regulatory review data (TFDA, USFDA, etc.; JIRB). 2. Negotiation, signing, and management of contracts with hospitals, CROs, and trial-related vendors. 3. Clinical trial project management, including tracking enrollment progress, compiling project progress reports, analyzing trial data, and controlling costs. 4. Communication, coordination, and management of CRO and hospital clinical trial teams. 5. Organization of clinical trial-related data, writing of documents, and filing. 6. Other assigned tasks. |
