On November 22nd, the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) announced that Dr. Ted Chang, CTO of Quanta Computer, will serve as Vice Chair of the newly established Biotech and Health Working Group (BHWG) starting next year.
 
As CTO and VP of Quanta, Dr. Chang leads the BU12 division, spearheading advancements in smart healthcare and health tech innovations. Since 2019, he has represented Taiwan on ABAC, earning widespread recognition for his expertise. But what truly sets him apart is his human-centered approach to technology.
